Head of Retail Division
Bradford Allen, a Chicago-based national commercial real estate firm providing a full spectrum of brokerage services, is seeking to hire an experienced retail broker to join our downtown agency services team in our Chicago headquarters office at 300 S. Wacker, Chicago, IL 60606.
The candidate will head up the recently formed retail division of the downtown leasing practice. Candidate will be the lead agent on some existing retail assignments already with the firm and will work directly with the head of the downtown agency leasing group to develop new retail accounts.
Compensation is negotiable (base salary and commission structure).
Responsibilities- Secure downtown leasing assignments and service those accounts.
- Ability to work in a team capacity and be the lead on assignments.
